5 Favorite Healthy On-the-Go Snacks: May Edition
My schedule looks something like this throughout the week:
home, work, home, work, school event for my kiddo, home, work, walk dogs, church …
I spend 95% of my life at the gym, balancing family, or driving around town [raise your hand if you’re with me]. That means I need snacks that I can carry in my purse or gym bag and not have to worry about them. I leave Bada Bean Bada Boom Beans in my car, Hippeas in my purse, and Bare Coconut Chips at my job to create mini trail mix snacks or add to yogurt. Having this well placed food keeps me from running to McDonalds or eating something I know I’ll regret later. If I enjoy these snacks as much as I do I know you will too, just helping a fellow mother, wife, and working woman out.
